HÆVEN

HÆVEN is an independent clothing brand founded by two creatives — one from Copenhagen, one from Osaka. Their collections sit at the intersection of clean Nordic design and bold Japanese street fashion. They came to me pre-launch with a name, a vision, and a rack of incredible samples — but no visual identity. I built their brand from the ground up, creating a system that feels as intentional on a garment tag as it does on an Instagram grid.

About

HÆVEN's founders knew exactly what their clothes felt like — sharp, understated, with unexpected details. But they struggled to translate that into a visual language. Early attempts at DIY branding felt either too generic or too niche. They needed an identity that could: Work on a 1cm woven label and a 10-foot banner Feel premium without feeling pretentious Appeal to both the Scandinavian minimalism crowd and the Tokyo streetwear scene Scale from a small DTC launch to eventual retail presence
